Each leather good is made by experienced artisans at their studio in Bogota, Colombia. My Experience Ordering the Logan Backpack
I’ve been looking for ages for a nice backpack that doesn’t have an ultra-high price tag. I wanted a backpack that’s large enough to hold a laptop that I can use for traveling, going to work, and day-to-day outings. I was so excited when I found the gorgeous Logan Backpack on Beckett Simonon’s site!
The backpack comes in classic black and tan colors, I ordered the tan. Since the brand sells directly to consumers, the backpack is less expensive by far than it would be on a regular retail site. You can also use Afterpay to pay for it in installments. It has a beautifully clean and timeless look with two main pockets and comfortable padded straps. It’s made from full-grain leather sourced from ecological Gold-Rated tannery Mastrotto.
I loved receiving updates about the manufacturing process of making my backpack after I ordered it! In regular email updates, I learned about the sourcing of the materials and each step of making my backpack in Colombia.
The emails also included personal stories and video interviews of the craftspeople who carefully handcrafted the backpack. Learning all about the people and process behind the backpack makes the item so much more special to me. It took about a month for the Logan backpack to arrive, and it was certainly worth the wait!
