I just moved into my new apartment in Honolulu, and I wanted to find the best eco friendly mattress that’s also super comfortable. From firmness to size to material, there are a lot of factors that go into choosing the perfect mattress.

Why I Chose a Tuft & Needle Mattress
After comparing all of the amazing options above, I ultimately went with the Tuft & Needle mattress for a few reasons. One, I’ve slept on one before so I know I like it. I have a history of back pain and find that this mattress is extremely comfortable for me. Two, it ships rolled up in a box to your doorstop and is super easy to open up on your own, which is important for me living here in the middle of the Pacific in Hawaii.
Three, the price. After reading a lot of reviews and comparing the options, I couldn’t justify paying more for a mattress at this point in my life. However, depending on what aspects of sustainability and materials are important to you, or if you’re looking for a luxury option, you may find that paying more for one of the above eco friendly mattresses fits your needs better.
